At Twig + Tale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your physical items aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unused merchandise.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
